Handwoven rugs, created with precision, beauty, and care.

Auda Sinda is an artisan rug studio based in Bellingham, Washington and one of a small number of studios still hand weaving rugs entirely in the USA. Auda Sinda creates bespoke rugs and textiles for interiors that call for depth, nuance, and a deeply considered point of view. Each piece is developed through close collaboration with designers and clients, then woven using carefully sourced domestic materials. From intimate residential spaces to expansive private homes and elevated branded luxury environments, the studio brings a refined, highly personal approach to every project.

Inspiration and Collaboration

Our work is shaped by the same unhurried rhythms that move the tide, and mark the slow passage of seasons.

Weaving is a form of thinking through particular making, where material and intention are pulled together by hand until something new comes into being.

CONSIDERED POINT OF VIEW

Our point of view is simple: that beauty and resourcefulness belong together, and that making with purpose — with natural materials, skilled hands, and genuine intention — is how enduring things come to be.

DETAILED EXPERIENCE

Over a decade serving the design community becomes the moral purpose behind the craft — echoing the truth that weavers have always made for someone, tying ancient tradition to present-day empathy and service.

A RESOURCE FOR DESIGNERS & TRADE PARTNERS

The Auda Sinda Atelier is a private resource for designers and trade partners seeking a deeper view into the studio’s process, portfolio, and custom capabilities. It offers a more detailed experience of the process, including materials, project references, and tools that support thoughtful specification. Designed for projects of substance and complexity, the Atelier helps guide everything from large scale residential work to distinctive commercial and branded environments.
